AI Implementation

Many companies pay for Claude or ChatGPT but use it for only a few tasks. We help your team use AI in its daily work, and build the software and connections that let the assistant work with your own systems and data.

Where AI Fits

AI for business today mostly means Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini, which cost a small monthly subscription. The hard part is knowing which of your tasks they handle well and which they still get wrong, and getting people to use them on real work after the first try. We are open about where AI fits today and where a person still needs to check the result, so the way your team works with AI is something you can rely on.

Three Kinds of Help

Some teams need help using AI in their daily work, some have a task that AI should handle inside their software, and many want the assistant they already pay for to reach their systems.

Help Using AI

We work with your team on the tasks they actually do, in Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini, and in the software we build for you. Along the way we find which assistant suits which job, how to get results you can rely on, and where building AI into a program would do the job better than asking the assistant again.

Built-In AI

Some tasks come up so often that a chat window is the wrong place for them, such as summarising documents, drafting replies or sorting incoming requests. We build AI into a program made for that job, or into a system you already use, and run it on servers we manage.

Connecting Your Assistant

An assistant that only sees what is pasted into it can do little of the real work. We build MCP connections, the open standard Claude and ChatGPT use to work in other software, so your assistant can look up an order or prepare a document in your own systems. It only sees what each person is allowed to see.

In Our Own App

We work this way ourselves. Every site in our app can be edited over MCP by the client's own AI assistant, which writes and translates pages, and nothing goes live until a person publishes. We connect our own assistants the same way to the other systems we run.

How It Works

Training, built-in AI and a connection follow the same three steps. Work is priced per hour or as a fixed price agreed before we start.

A Call About What You Need

We start with a free call about where your team loses time, and work out what would help before suggesting anything.

We Do the Work

With your team we work on real tasks until AI is part of the routine. For built-in AI or a connection, we build it, test it and connect it to your software.

We Stay Involved

Daily use raises new questions and cases the first version missed. We stay on to handle both.
