Common Questions
Is There a Minimum Term?
No. Pay for a month or a year at a time and cancel whenever you like. The site stays up until the end of the paid period.
What Happens to the Site If We Leave?
Your domain and content are yours. You can export the site and host it elsewhere at any time.
What Does a Move Include?
We rebuild your site in our app with the same design and content. Old addresses keep working, so you keep your Google rankings. It costs from 500 € for up to about 15 pages in two languages, and larger sites get a fixed price up front.
What Does the Monthly Fee Cover?
The app, hosting, backups, monitoring and one hour of our work a month. Unused time does not carry over.
What Does It Cost When You Make a Change for Us?
The first hour each month is included. After that, 119 € an hour, or a fixed price for larger jobs.
